I'm not the retiring kind...

 ...but at certain points in your life it's worth just taking a step back and thinking about how you want the next ten to fifteen years to unfold.

I've done that ... and I have concluded that NOW is a very good time to put my energy into other interests.

The past twenty-five years have been an absolute pleasure trip. Setting up a new business, working in the great outdoors, organising our unique range of country pursuits set against some of the most spectacular backdrops in the world.

Serving a client base of corporate, leisure, holidaying, stag, hen, school and military groups, we have enjoyed the company of (literally) hundreds of thousands of customers over the past quarter century. Not only that, but most have gone away completely satisfied.

All good things come to an end ... and this is the terminus for me and my 'greenleisure' business.

I'd like to say a final thanks to our many staff and associates; to our select group of premium hotels and holiday parks that have served as a base for our outdoor activities since our inception; and to the welcoming farmers and landowners who have allowed us to set up on their sites to entertain our customers.

It's been an absolute blast. Thanks a million for the great memories.
